We are looking for an experienced Java Automation Testing Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have four or more years of experience in automation testing with Java.
As a Java Automation Testing Engineer, your responsibilities include creating test plans, developing and executing automated tests, ensuring the software meets performance standards, and debugging code. Additionally, you play a major role in developing and making improvements to existing automated test automations.
- Design and develop automated test plans for software products.
- Create automated scripts with Java for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Execute automated tests and plan results to ensure the software meets performance standards.
- Debug errors to identify the issue and create solutions.
- Implement improvements to existing automation suites to increase productivity and reduce overhead.
- Monitor automation tests to detect and address any issues.
- Inform related personnel of updates to test plans.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related subject.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation testing in Java.
- Extensive knowledge of automated testing techniques and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
- Demonstrated experience with different test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work well in teams or independently as needed.
Job Timings:
- Job Timings: 8am to 5pm (US Pacific Time zone)
