Job Description
Installing and installing computer operating systems and applications.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
System users through a series of procedures, either face to face or over the phone.
System, network, and hardware/software failures and troubleshooting.
Provide customer support including (colour printing, CD burning and scanning).
Maintaining printers, changing ink, and ensuring that they are used properly without waste or misuse.
