Responsibilities
• Ability to Work remotely and on-site to provide the required support
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Setup and manage user accounts following industry standards and required company policies
• Setup workstations with the required tools to avail remote working environments for all employees
• Work with different virtualization technologies to maintain the required workloads by different projects
• Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Troubleshoot issues and outages to ensure business continuity
• Ensure security through access controls, vulnerability scans, antiviruses, monitoring logs, and firewalls
• Able to take different backup types, daily, weekly, and monthly, according to system needs
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
