Responsibilities:
• Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other tools.
• Initiate systems and network troubleshooting, monitoring and replace defective components as needed.
• Inspect computer equipment, install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drivers on user’s premises.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Escalate and follow up on incident tickets with the various support groups.
