Mid-size, AV-rated, civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced bodily injury liability defense attorney to work a flexible, hybrid schedule for its Tallahasse office. Established for 40 years with 8 offices total. Great opportunity to advance your career with a partnership track including equity as a shareholder for attorneys interested in growth. Requirements
-2-4 years experience
-1-2 years of the experience involve property insurance or liability insurance practice.
-Experience with preparation of pleadings and discovery, and taking and defending depositions. (Associate candidates with other types of litigation experience will be considered)
-Experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision.
-Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
