Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage litigation preferred)
  
• Experience with the examination of claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings, responding to discovery and overseeing document production, preparing for and conducting depositions and reporting to institutional
  
• New Jersey Bar Membership is not required, but is a
  
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
