We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team! As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping our Sales team identify sales opportunities.

Requirements

Make a good first impression when calling leads

Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner

Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email

Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services

Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals

Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter them into a database

Qualification:

Education: Any Graduates

English proficiency is must

C- Level communication skills would be preferred and excellent Presentation Skills

Must be an Active listener

Should be good in qualifying the leads

Knowledge/Experience in IT Sales is required
