About the Role:

Immediate opening for multiple Great career opportunity for an experienced commercial installer working independently and as a team player. Looking for a skilled Commercial Installer OR Journeyman with experience in sheet metal, hanging duct, brazing for piping to work in a growing company with community feel and great benefits in Seattle. (Relocation Assistance Provided)

• This is a full-time position with optional overtime.

• Oncall - 1 X 7 weeks on average, dispatched from home local travel, NO overnight

• Pay rate up to $50/hr (based on experience) PLUS Relocation

Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure tasks & schedules for estimated labor hours, complete service reports, following working orders outlined by supervisor

• Coordinate & work with PM & Project Coordinator - maintain budget & scheduling

• Installing Commercial / Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, Air Handlers, Boilers & Hot Water Tanks, exhaust systems

• Hot & Cold Side Commercial Kitchen equipment (Dishwashers, Ovens, Fryers, Warmers, Ice Machines, Ice Cream makers, Walk in Coolers & Refrigerators) & communicate with Customers

• Install for VRF, DDC Controls is a plus

• Assisting with Designing, fabricating ductwork. Installing duct fittings and duct required and wiring both indoor and outdoor equipment

• Maintaining detailed inventory of equipment & resources

• Ensuring equipment is in compliance with standards & Safety Act

Requirements

• Low voltage Electrical wiring

• Lift 75 lbs

• Have hand tools

• 3+ years 5 years Experience with hanging duct work and hydronic piping (brazing, sweating the lines)

• Specializing in sheet metal & able to perform equipment replacement

• Journeyman Installer License - preferred not required

• Experience with installing RTUs, Kitchen Equipment (Hot and Cold side)

• Ability to lift & move 75 lbs and use hand tools

• Organized, detail oriented willing & able to learn new skills

• Clean Driving record
