Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will have a key role in recruiting and retaining talent, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting our employees' growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding activities.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain HR compliance by staying up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
