The HR Outsourcing Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing all HR outsourcing services provided by the company. He/She serves as an intermediary between clients and vendors, ensuring that both parties benefit from the relationship.
The key responsibilities of the HR Outsourcing Officer include:
- Managing relationships with clients:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided

- Managing relationships with vendors:
