Job Description

The HR Outsourcing Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing all HR outsourcing services provided by the company. He/She serves as an intermediary between clients and vendors, ensuring that both parties benefit from the relationship.

The key responsibilities of the HR Outsourcing Officer include:

  1. Managing relationships with clients:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor client accounts and identify potential issues
  1. Managing relationships with vendors:
  • Identify and select appropriate vendors to provide outsourcing services
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues
  1. Maintaining accurate records:
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  1. Conducting research:
  • Stay up-to-date with HR outsourcing trends and best practices
  • Conduct research on industry standards and practices
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to outsourcing services


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or outsourcing services
  • Knowledge of outsourcing practices and procedures
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

The HR Outsourcing Officer must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under pressure. He/She must be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
