Role Summary: -
Finance process transformation PM cultivates partnerships between Finance, business/ operations teams, IT teams and spearheads key initiatives at the organization level. The PM will help the project lead and sponsors by having clear vision for the future state operating model, advocating a case for change, and driving alignment and organization through active project management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
This role will provide with an opportunity to get completely hands on with HR Operations primarily in a people centric consulting organisation. This role also requires exhibiting appropriate HR knowledge that helps to differentiate and make judgements impacting HR Processes and operations. You will be supported to get a steep learning curve coupled with a platform to share ideas and execute them.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization.
- Make quality work as a parameter for all operational working.
- Conduct BGV and Maintain Statutory records of all associated documentation.
- Knowhow of associated HR Process and its impact in HRMS
- HRMS Data Governance through Employee Lifecycle
- Policy cascade and effective implementation of the same
- Support through Employee Benefits and Employee Mobility
- Reporting and analytics of HR Data
- Will be responsible for Leave Management, Probation and Exit with FnF closure.
