Job Brief:

We at Recooty, a fast-growing SaaS startup in the HR Tech domain, are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Manager to join and lead our HR department. Join our fantastic team and be a part of something awesome! 


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

  2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including completing the necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and arranging for training. Assist with offboarding procedures for departing employees, such as conducting exit interviews and coordinating the return of company property.

  3. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and other relevant documentation. Handle employee data entry, changes, and updates. Generate HR reports as needed.

  4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Address basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues to HR managers. Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.

  5. HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Help ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

  6. Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Assist in identifying training needs, tracking employee training completion, and evaluating training effectiveness.

  7. HR Community Building: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a sense of community. Organize and coordinate activities, events, and programs.


Skills Required:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, People, and Culture, or similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).

  • Must have exceptional community-building abilities.

  • Expert in managing company accounts and payrolls.

  • Ability to evaluate candidates and select candidates that are fit for both the role and the company culture.

  • Well-acquainted with compliance and employee/labor laws. 

  • Team management skills and ability to foster healthy employee relations.

  • Hands-on experience in technical and non-technical recruiting.

  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Note: Prior community-building experience can give your application high preference.
