HR Generalist

Seeking a Human Resouces Generalist for a great company in Carrollton, TX. Great culture and competetive compensation.

This position will provide HR guidance for employee engagement, benefits, payroll, employee relations, conflict resolution and HRIS database management. The Generalist establishes partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to employees and management that reflect the objectives in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

Some of the essential duties of this role include building morale, increase productivity and retention; provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation; collaborate to resolve employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations; reduce legal risks ensuring regulatory compliance; and provide day to day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action, etc.)

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including employee relations.
• Payroll experience desired.
• Experience in managing projects on a day-to-day basis
