This is a remote position.

• Provide support to business heads in communicating in various goals
  
• Creating Appraisal cycles in Zoho people
  
• Ensure cycles and completed in time and review ratings
  
• Consolidate reports in cycle and Appraisal Documentation
  
• Skillset and domain creation at Zoho People for each designation and Skill set mapping
  
• Competency skill level assessment
  
• Participating in compensation design for employees
  
• Mapping out skill metrics for each employee
  

• Collaborate with the whole team and resolve queries.
  
• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-day activities
  
• Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
  
• Work with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams to capture data and present insights.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Human Resources Management systems and applicant tracking system
  
• Bsc / Msc in Human resource management or a related field
  
• Better communication skill
  
• Good understanding of the recruitment and hiring process
  
• Exceptional active listening skill
  
• Ability to work as a part of a team
  
• Ability to manage time efficiently
