Head of Network Diagnostics

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our Cloud and AI Native network analysis product, including setting technical direction, overseeing software architecture and design, and driving software development processes.
• Actively contribute on the success of the entire CSW product portfolio development.
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, architects, and developers and provide guidance in software development practices and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain a software development culture that emphasizes collaboration, quality, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing to define software requirements and ensure that products meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain software development processes and practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Ensure software is scalable, reliable, and meets security and performance requirements while staying up to date with technology trends.
