Head of Corporate Applications

Responsibilities:

• Leading (Coach, inspire, motivate, evaluate and develop) a large team of BAs,product owners, Software engineers, architects (SW and Cloud), SREs, etc across multiple locations
• Drive technology services portfolio, roadmaps & transformation across the delivery unit, also driving initiatives for technology efficiency targets.
• Manage the service line budget across multiple locations.
• Strategize & implement critical initiatives for the functions, in line with the organizations’ vision & growth plans.
• Work in alignment with the BRM team to achieve strong partners management engagement to ensure delivering quality technology services while continuously driving and improving customer experience.
