Job Description:
Provide leadership, direction, and management to the Accounts and Finance Team.
Responsible for overseeing the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts for both the HO and branch teams.
Manage costs, drive profitability, improve efficiency, accountability, control, and visibility of finance processes
Manage the balance sheet.
Responsible for all finance and accounting processes, leading and managing all statutory and reporting requirements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and taxation for all schools and legal entities.
Collaborate with the Heads of School & Department Heads to lead the preparation of a yearly budget supported by a business plan, including the need for capital expenditure.
Regularly monitor the financial forecast and implement corrective measures to mitigate and manage risks and financial exposure.
Key accountability includes guiding the Senior Accountants in Finalization of Accounts and other Financial Statements, coordinating for Audit, coordination with the banks, MIS & Budgeting, Credit Control.
Responsible for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, query handling, monitoring compliances, preparation of budget and cash flow management.
Responsible for providing MIS to Management on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate + CA with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
The candidate must possess excellent domain knowledge, a pleasing personality, and good communication skills.
Must be adept at leading and nurturing the team.
