We re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will put together marketing plans aligned with the company strategy.

You will work with an Australian tech start-up with an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology, including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualizations, to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. Resonate has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition.


What are the daily tasks?


  • Identify growth opportunities for the company
  • Harness these opportunities by conceptualizing, planning, and managing campaigns across social, search, paid, and other demand-generation channels to achieve growth goals for the company
  • Manage our website so it is SEO friendly, keeps pace with our product, and, most importantly, converts
  • Implementation, tracking, experimenting, and optimization of other social media and SEM campaigns for performance and branding campaigns
  • Run EDM campaigns to keep leads & prospects warm and move them into the fast lane
  • Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
  • Report on initiatives and projects to management

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience and use of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Marketing automation, etc.
  • Proven experience driving MQLss and increasing brand awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in an effective manner
  • Creative and ready to try new things to reach the metrics and outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to keep track of metrics
  • Ability to work autonomously and a self-starter
  • High ambition, energy, and can-do attitude
  • Budget and Cost management
  • Experience in a tech start-up is highly regarded
  • Have an eye for design. You know what looks visually appealing, and can guide a designer to produce imagery that is on brand, builds confidence, and sells
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including freelancers and agencies
