The role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join the team at Uify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through a variety of marketing channels. You will be responsible for generating and converting qualified leads, and ultimately creating pipeline. You'll build omnichannel strategies that target key stakeholders across the full marketing funnel, A/B test advertising campaigns, and build a robust analytics framework to constantly iterate and improve results. You will work closely with our sales and design team as well as the founders to ensure we're hitting our growth targets.

Tasks

  • Content: Ideate on and develop performing landing pages and other assets together with sales and design to support marketing and sales activities
  • Email: Create and execute email marketing campaigns in close coordination with Sales to drive engagement and conversion
  • Performance marketing: Create brand awareness through PPC advertising channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and optimize our channels to fill our marketing funnel
  • Marketing automation: You'll build campaigns and workflows to nurture and convert qualified leads, and you'll work closely with Sales to ensure data quality and proper lead handoff
  • Testing: You'll build visibility into all conversion funnels, with the responsibility of optimizing everything from landing page CTAs to onboarding emails
  • Data Analysis: Through everything you do, you'll build a robust analytics framework to measure, test, and refine our strategies to improve results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth and engagement through a variety of marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent writing skills, with experience creating B2B content and collateral
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with state-of-the-art marketing automation tools
  • Perfect written and spoken English skills
