We are looking for a super creative graphic designer to deliver thoughtful, on-brand and forward-thinking designs for our The Graphic Designer will work with a team of marketing specialists to deliver everything required for outstanding, results-focused advertisements across a multitude of digital You will not only have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, but a desire to implement efficiencies across your process ( if you repeat it, how do you automate it?).

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and concepts
  
• Produce final design solutions (social media graphics, email banners, presentations)
  
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  
• Pitch creative ideas
  
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
  
• Use feedback from other designers to improve
  
• Automate any repeated process
  
• Create robust templates to increase efficiency
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Designer
  
• Extensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  
• Familiarity with design techniques ( prototyping)
  
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
  
• Teamwork skills
  
• A keen eye for detail
  
• Time management and multitasking abilities
  
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  
• Experience with motion graphics preferred but not essential
