- Develop the strategic and operational plans to meet the company objectives
- Lead to implement the business plan and introduce the
- Organize and control all operations which effectively deliver plans and business
- Build a high level of business relationship with the current, new, and potential
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by building as strong base of contacts
- Control the stock of items and materials in as per the business need & FIFO SOP
- Approve and Negotiate the Contracts with the suppliers & Customers
- Manage the materials & items shipments with the suppliers and keep the customers updated
