Job Description

As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. You will be working remotely from anywhere in the USA, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations and manage administrative tasks
• Answer phones, emails, and other correspondence
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
• Prepare documents and reports as needed
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Process and track invoices and payments
• Maintain filing systems and databases
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth workflow
• Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Experience working remotely preferred
