Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position that can be done remotely, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the team
  • Assist with customer onboarding and training
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product team to improve our offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
