KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing calls with polite greeting.
Receiving Greeting Visitors.
Facility management which includes monitoring office cleanliness, maintaining office equipment, ensure smooth functioning of office assets.
Stock Maintenance which includes stationery housekeeping items.
Supervision of office Boys and coordination with them.
Reservation Management i.e., hotel and travel booking.
Vendor Management Coordination
Arranging monthly fixed expenses invoices and processing payment every month.
Drops the birthday work anniversary emails.
Maintain Visitor s Record Book on regular basis.
Other admin activities which include keeping record of petty cash, ordering business card, keeping courier record, birthday work anniversary arrangement (snacks/drinks).
Work Experience Qualifications
Graduate with 1 year of experience.
Preferably in the hospitality industry in managing front office and administrative functions.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Pleasing personality / appearance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command over English
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
