Role Overview:

Franchise development managers are responsible for managing the growth of a franchise business. They work with existing franchisees to help them expand their operations, find new locations, and recruit new franchisees.


Franchise development managers may also be tasked with finding new opportunities for expansion or identifying potential new franchise concepts. This can involve researching market conditions, analysing financial data, and conducting interviews with potential franchisees.


What you ll do:

1. FinalizeCorporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands

2. New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients.

3. Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

4. Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion

5. Handling Brand and Investor portfolio

6. Selling various brands (or business /franchising concepts)

7. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile.

8. Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement.

9. Maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.

10. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.



Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

Bachelor degree in Business Management or related major.

Previous similar work experience isa must.

Previous relevant experience with the job isa must.

Must have exceptional attention to details.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Solid problem-solving

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP software - SAAS.

PMP Certified is a plus.

Bilingual Arabic/English is a must.
