Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
At least 2-5 years of experience in a food technology or product development role, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of coffee processing, flavor and aroma development, and quality control practices.
Experience with sensory evaluation and product testing protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to food safety and quality control.
