A very busy practice in San Francisco and Orinda is seeking a patient sales manager with a strong sales background to spearhead practice growth. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5+ years of sales and sales management experience. You will travel back and forth to sell cases in both locations.
Responsibilities:
- Sell procedures and treatments to prospective patients through extensive phone conversations and live consultations. 5 days per week will be focused on selling, driving leads to sell, and other sales-related functions.
- Understand quoting and selling procedures and treatments ranging from 10 thousand dollar to 60 thousand dollar
- Master the use of the proprietary computer system, notate patient interactions such as consultations and phone calls rapidly and accurately is a must.
- Assist doctors and operations staff in event planning and execution;
- Support the team working to assist the doctors.
- Interact with referring providers and other entities to assure smoothly functioning inside-outside sales and marketing component of the practice
- Interact with patients to generate patient referrals
- Train staff
- Learn new concepts and unlearn ideas that do not match the practices structure.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required
- 2-5+ years of sales and/or sales management experience preferably in dental, cosmetic medical, laser, med spa field, or similar - ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior results in a sales and service capacity
- Must be confident and comfortable presenting prices ranging over 10 thousand dollars and asking for the order and closing the sale on the spot
- A belief in and understanding of how to sell elective services is a must
- Belief in the power of elective procedures to change the lives of appropriate candidates for the better
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary software for the medical industry quickly
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills an addiction to timely task completion without compromising quality is a must
- Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, excellent work ethic, and positive attitude a must
