Job Description:Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization using Zoho apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and extensive experience working with Zoho apps.
Responsibilities:Develop and manage the companys budget, including forecasting and financial planning.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Manage and oversee the companys accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement solutions using Zoho apps.Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their duties effectively.Manage the companys cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and minimizing risk.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and financial institutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.Manage the companys risk profile, including insurance coverage and risk management policies.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Minimum of 4 years experience in financial management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Extensive experience using cloud apps like Zoho apps will be advantageous, particularly Zoho Books or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of relevant South African accounting regulations and tax laws.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated CV and cover letter.
