Federal Project Manager

Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Federal Project Manager to their Houston, Texas team!

• Serve as Project Manager on Federal projects
  
• Take leadership role within the company and serve as technical expert/community leader
  
• Communicate with client
  
• Build/maintain client business
  
• Execute strategic actions to drive growth and opportunities
  
• Provide technical oversight including project planning/oversight, coordinating due diligence activities, coordinating project schedules, and directing site plan clients and code requirements
  
• Perform administrative duties including quality assurance, scheduling, evaluating risk management, and ensuring project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget requirements
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of experience in the Architectural & Engineering industry
  
• 2+ years of project management experience
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Understanding of Architectural & Engineering, Structural Engineering, Site Development, Site Acquisition, Zoning, Permitting, Project Management, Geotechnical and Survey
  
• Experience working with Federal clients
  
• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Project planning/oversight experience through all phases of construction
