KTOB Solutions is a sales and marketing company with a footprint in Major cities within South Africa.


We are searching for hungry, confident and energetic sales professionals, with that entrepreneurial spirit, to join us & perform in the role of an External Sales Associate, in a full or part-time capacity.


You will be directly marketing (Door to Door/Face to Face Sales) in the CAPE PENINSULA/ SOUTHERN SUBURBS region, where you will use the skills and knowledge gained from training and your previous sales experience to engage and convert prospects into clients while successfully meeting personal & team targets.


Key deliverables:



  • Work as part of and build a target-driven and results-orientated team

  • Collection & Submission of predetermined details/data sets

  • Consistently Meet or exceed monthly Sales Targets

  • Develop & maintain a working knowledge of, services, commercials, company policies and procedures

  • Actively participate in learning interventions as provided by the company

  • Submission of daily shift performance reports (requirement)

How often do you need work?



  • Minimum of 5 shifts per week reporting to an in-field Team Leader

  • Standard working days: Monday - Saturday

Requirements

  • Live within the community or at least within 15 - 20 minutes from the above locations/areas
  • Personal drive, energy and a keen willingness to learn
  • Be comfortable with engaging your community in face-to-face interactions
  • Basic to intermediate telecommunications/internet connectivity knowledge
  • A reliable Smart-Phone (Must -have)
  • Basic social media skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous Sales experience would fast track your growth!
  • New Team Leader opportunities available!
