This is a base plus unlimited bonus potential opportunity. We offer unlimited income potential and if you hit your monthly goals you should expect to earn a minimum bonus of $2,000 per month on top of your base pay and if you exceed your goals each month you will earn more. It is possible to earn $100K+ in this role. In addition, we offer fun contests with opportunity to earn daily cash bonuses on top of other bonuses.

We are an executive recruiting firm, working exclusively with companies in the Animal Health industry, Pet Ecosystem and Veterinary profession. You ll be working in our office in South Tulsa, OK, working on a national level placing veterinarians, boarded veterinary specialists, and leadership into both corporate-owned and privately owned veterinary practices. This role is responsible for coordinating with the project manager to determine client hiring needs, and sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates fill open positions .

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source and Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by our client s guidelines; work with the Project Manager to ensure sufficient candidate flow to assigned locations.
  • Utilize online resources and our proprietary database to source candidates for locations.
  • Achieve goals and metrics related to sourcing candidates for assigned locations.
  • Cultivates relationships with candidates, the Project Manager and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork, and credibility.
  • Implements sourcing strategies, including monitoring, and evaluating various recruitment sources to produce optimal results.
  • Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends.

This recruiting and sales opportunity enables driven individuals to use your skills, experience, entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and commitment to expand our established practice and services. You will work with professionals within the Veterinary profession to help them grow both professionally and financially in their careers. This role requires a heavy amount of time on the telephone building relationships with prospective candidates and candidates.

If you hit your monthly goals you will earn a minimum bonus of $2,000 per month on top of your base pay. If you exceed your monthly goals you will earn more than that. It is possible for an exceptional recruiter to earn more than $10,000 in monthly bonus pay on top of their base pay. (uncapped). We have fun daily and monthly contests with additional earning potential. There may be potential to travel to 1-4 trade shows per year to cities such as Orlando, Las Vegas, Denver, etc.



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional demeanor comfortable working in an office setting
  • Applies logical/creative thinking in providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates/Critical thinking skills
  • Acts with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, someone who is driven to succeed and is resourceful. Someone with Grit will work well in our environment.
  • Competitive spirit with a winning attitude
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment, experience in healthcare or related field a plus but not required. We are willing to train a high quality individual.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. Ability to work in an applicant tracking system. Ability to use social media sites like LinkedIn and be able to handle online research.

  • Knows basic geography
  • Experience working in or around a veterinary clinic is a plus but not required


Work experience-Minimum of 1 years of related experience Education: bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field that requires strong writing skills required.
