Responsibilities
- EUC/Workplace Services engineer at the office, onsite. 5-day work week
- Support employees and contractors on the floor with company issues devices and peripherals
- Deskside support where needed and be the face of IT
- Break fix for laptops inclusive of shell swap, RAM upgrade, battery replacement etc.
- Full time office role during business hours (8 am to 5 pm) Coordinate with larger team of EUC engineers, Service Desk, Collaboration Support team and others
- Physical depot management of inventory like laptops, tablets, peripherals and spares Periodic (weekly/daily) survey of AV rooms and level 1 troubleshooting Excellent team player while being self-driven to take ownership of issues Ability to work on complex timeboxed assignments lke device refresh or OS upgrades
