Environmental Team Leader

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking an Environmental Team Leader to join their Tulsa, Oklahoma team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual business plan and long-term growth strategy
  
• Provide daily management/overall leadership
  
• Assist team members with task prioritization
  
• Ensure team members have adequate work to meet their goals
  
• Manage team financials to meet/exceed profitability goals
  
• Keep team current on team performance (forecasting, workloads, project delivery, and financial performance)
  
• Responsible for business development and marketing efforts
  
• Meet/exceed customer expectations
  
• Recruit new team members
  
• Serve in advisory/committee roles for external professional organizations
  

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in environmental engineering or the earth sciences
  
• 8+ years of environmental consulting experience
  
• 4+ years of experience recruiting/supervising team members serving in a project management capacity with senior-level management responsibilities
  
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding client expectations
  
• Strong knowledge of project and team financials including project earnings, salary distributions, direct/indirect cost analysis and overall team profit & loss
  
• Substantial experience in marketing/business development
