We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant. This is a remote position and requires a self-starter who is able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team by scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining calendars
- Organize and manage files and documents, including creating and editing spreadsheets and presentations
- Assist with research and data entry
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is a plus
