We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Data entry and database management
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members
- Respond to and redirect incoming phone calls and emails
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conference calls
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform research and gather information as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management is a plus
