We are seeking an Entry Level Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely, including data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and organize documents and files
- Communicate with clients and team members via email, chat, and phone
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars
- Assist with research and reporting tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of internet and computer usage
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or data entry role is preferred but not required
