We are seeking an entry-level personal assistant to join our team and assist our clients with a variety of tasks. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will work from home. The personal assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients, scheduling appointments, managing email and calendar, and other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO and Executive team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO and Executive team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls
- Take and transcribe minutes at meetings
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Organize and maintain office supplies
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the CEO or Executive team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have a reliable internet connection and computer
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
