We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The position is remote-based in the USA, and we offer a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver and critical thinker.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for marketing and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
