• Communicating with Category supervisors/managers to grasp future activities (promotions, new launches)
• Managing daily online orders & shipping cycle end to end
• Shuttling stocks between branches to fulfill orders
• Setting orders priorities and assigning orders to branches & couriersHandles cancellations & returns
• Handling shipping 3rd partiesMaintain online shop staff weekly schedule
• Maintaining Delivery staff weekly schedule
