Divorce Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Divorce & Family Law Attorney to join their amazing team in our Hackensack office.

Responsibilities:

• Protect clients' rights and best interests, as well as those of their children.
• Provide invaluable advice to help clients make informed decisions regarding divorce, child custody, and all other family law issues.
• Communicate with clients throughout the legal process, addressing their concerns and providing timely support and guidance.
• Stay up to date with legal knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts with opposing counsel when possible.
• Represent clients in court when necessary.

• Expert communication skills.
• Strong legal knowledge and writing ability.
• Ability to use good judgment.
• Excellent time management.
• Compassion and intelligence.
