Dispensing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Receive the raw materials Stock from the warehouse as and when transferred& check the necessary status labeling, quantity and quality of packing while receiving.
• Maintain all necessary documentation of the dispensing materials.
• Handle returned/recalled raw materials as per set procedures.
• Return materials properly labeled to store.
• Ensure smooth & safe dispensing by way of proper co-ordination with all relevant departments.
• Follow up temperature, humidity & differential pressure in the dispensing area and report variations.
• Ensure the cleaning of the dispensing rooms and equipment.
• Perform calibration of the balance and maintain the balance standard weights and documentation as per the SOPs & GMP Guidelines.
• Ensure necessary status labeling during & after dispensing.
• Report activities to Department Head or Delegated Person.
• Report any damage to facility & equipment or any malicious activity by person/s while on duty.
• Assist Raw material/Packing Material Store Keeper & department Head whenever required.
• Perform related tasks as required.
• Follow all the SOP and GMP guidelines while on duty.
