Some of the great things you do:

  • The ultimate goal of product is to drive clinical outcomes, engage our providers and drive product-led growth
  • Build an iterative testing product strategy, designed to move fast and learn faster.
  • Create data stories and figure out the Why behind metrics.
  • Define and track product KPIs to measure success and prioritize features
  • Manage product from ideation to launch, lead the product management process and create a post-launch analysis
  • Balance the creation of a strategic product roadmap with tactical execution
  • Solve our families and providers problems with simple, elegant and creative solutions
  • Develop, own and effectively communicate product priorities and roadmaps that are aligned with overall business goals
  • Be the voice of the customer! What do they need?
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to get everyone bought into the product vision
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to design phenomenal products.


Qualifications you must have:

  • 7 - 700 years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in overseeing, leading and managing product management processes and product teams
  • A bachelors or advanced degree in Product, Marketing, Analytics, Business, Engineering or related field.


Skills you have developed:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to get stuff done
  • Grit, creativity and resourcefulness
  • Big-picture strategic thinking guided by data-driven insights to help you see around the corner
  • Proven track record of achieving product implementation goals with set targets, timelines and budgets
  • Ability to identify and champion strategies to drive scale and efficiency
  • Beginner's mindset with the ability to constantly iterate and improve
  • Great leadership skills that allow you to build a team from scratch and inspire everyone to pull in the same direction driven by clear, measurable goals.
  • The passion and execution power to change the world
  • Low ego, and a sense of humor
  • Ability to set your own boundaries and communicate effectively


Nice to have:

  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Monday, Trello and Asana
  • Experience designing for consumers, particularly children, teens & families
  • Experience building products in healthcare or even behavioral health
  • Behavioral science, behavior change or psychology degrees

The *salary range for this specific position is $120,000-$170,000USD
