The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in the Tharseo IT team, interacting with all facets of the organization and implementing change to improve operations and The ideal candidate should be a proven leader with experience managing people and processes in professional services organizations, and have a good understanding of cloud technology, enterprise resources systems, finance, and Oracle


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations including HR, finance, IT delivery, proposals, contracts, and certifications
  • Develop and implement operational policies and guidelines
  • Work with HR to hire personnel, create job descriptions, and implement employee training programs
  • Partner with department heads to ensure compliance and develop financial plans
  • Track company revenue margins and maximize profits through budget reviews
  • Oversee client support services and manage procurement and resource allocation
  • Manage company state registrations and licenses
  • Coordinate with Accounting on new contracts and purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, Accounting, or Engineering (preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in technology or related industries
  • 3+ years managing high-performance teams
  • Proven experience deploying new business operations and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Superior knowledge of industry regulations
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and operating in the public sector

Nice to have:

  • ERP system deployment and implementation experience
  • Healthcare technology experience and working with contract technical resources
  • Advanced degree in Operations Leadership
