Responsibilities:
- Work with Data science team to confirm proof of concept and proof of value for new products
- Owns Delivered products UATs with customers
- Evaluate and provide evidence as required to support make Vs buy strategy for new products
- Ensure selected vendors follows Vodafone Design blueprints along the product life cycle
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Set digital product Design blueprint to be followed by both internal developers and vendors
- Act as primary approval gate for digital products Design authority forum
- Lead customers' best practise and innovation platform for own product line
- Manage vendor selection and vendor management for own product line
- Continuously analyse data to pin new opportunities and maximize products' value
- Design own products
