- Innovate and design new products to enhance our centres
- Launch new and enhance existing brands to elevate IWG’s brand stack
- Own and manage sustainability agenda for design and our centres
- Create and implement a process to ensure partner or landlord built centres are to the expected quality
- Create fit out design solutions/ specifications from a technological, sales, operational and marketing perspective
- React to customer and centre feedback to retrospectively improve design on a centre-by-centre basis
