We are seeking to add a Data Entry / Customer Service to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely detail oriented and has the highest level of customer service experience. Customer service is our number 1 priority here, and we only accept exceeding our client s expectations. Needs to have excellent technical skills working with Microsoft products, and employ fast and accurate typing. The candidate must also be able to work in a cohesive, team oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using Microsoft Suite and related CRM systems
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented
- Type minimum of 55 WPM (assessments will be required, we provide)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (assessments will be required, we provide)
- Insurance and/or Banking background preferred.
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
- Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
