Responsibility:
- Managing Ticketing tool for Vendor’s performance and Adherence to SLA to Customer’s Technical issues
- Handling Vendor’s Technical requests /Issues with Technology team
- Apphub report workshop and validation with Data warehouse and reporting team to have an accurate Report and adding any new modifications
- Payment report for vendors, each with its revenue share model, then internal payment process starting with submitting quotation, PO , invoice
- Preparing Sales/presales Training each vendor providing its product along with Enablement material brochures
- Preparing Technical training for support team having User manual for technical issue troubleshooting
