We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the customer support team as needed
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge about our products and services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through different software applications
