• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the customer support team as needed
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge about our products and services
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through different software applications
