The company is backed by a multi-billion-dollar investor and a leadership team full of industry veterans and fresh new minds. The companys rapid growth makes it seem more like a startup, but they have the resources of a mature business.

The Customer Support team is the heart and face of this organization. The Customer Support team plays an essential role pleasing customers through phone and email interaction.


Customer Service Representative (CSR) Roles & Duties:
  • Serve as a recurring point of contact with key customers
  • Answer phone calls, take orders (phone, email, etc.), perform price and availability checks,
  • quote shipping speeds, arrange returns, and solve customer challenges
  • Resolve customer issues while protecting the company s best interests
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and OWN many customer accounts
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Be a team player willing to complete many different types of tasks
  • Add value to the team with input from customers, your experiences, and your ideas
  • You must have the flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8AM and 8PM (set schedules are published one month in advance)



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment focused on customer service.
  • A knack for solving customer problems while balancing the best interests of the company.
  • An even-keeled and professional demeanor.
