Essential criteria
1.More than 5 years industry-based experience across all aspects of the software testing lifecycle with respect to manual testing, including: - deriving test cases through the analysis of business requirements, - designing and executing of API and CRM cases; - a solid understanding of defect management; - preparing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing activities
2.Solid working knowledge of SQL and working experience in SQL Server 2014 and later; Working experience in testing message queues.
3.Excellent written, oral and facilitation skills, enabling the development of strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to effectively use communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships in a challenging IT environment.
4.Ability to work effectively within/manage an Agile test team, as well as your ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Include details of your experience in leading and mentoring staff. Experience working in an Agile software development environment and experience using Agile development toolset
5.Commitment to, and demonstrated ability to apply, the principles of diversity, participative work practices, learning and development and Occupational Health and Safety.
Desirable criteria
1.Experience utilising Azure to facilitate Application development tracking and TOSCA to perform automated testing tasks. Experience in using Azure Application Insight to track exceptions; And using TOSCA to perform automated testing tasks
